 Ladies Victorian Three Piece Walking Outfit, Circa: 1885.

This out consists of a jacket has a front opening to reveal, under bodice resembling a gents vest, which is attached to the outer jacket. Also includes a pleated bustle skirt  and finnally has a drapped over skirt. The skirt can adjusted to be worn as a train skirt or can be worn at the wearers shoe length, as in the picture.
