Constructed of 6-7oz leather and it is based on a contract piece and combines a form fit it has a closing strap sewn in an arc and riveted as in later production of the period. The holster is typical of left hand construction, incorporating a separate sewn cover flap a sewn and riveted belt flap an d a sewn in toe plug. This Military belt holster if for a Colt Model 1860 Army Revolver, Circa:1863-1865, is fabricated in black but is also available in brown. Constructed of 5-6oz leather and it is based on a contract piece and combines a form fit it has a closing strap sewn in an arc and riveted as in later production of the period. The holster is typical of left hand construction, incorporating a separate sewn cover flap a sewn and riveted belt flap an d a sewn in toe plug. This style was widely used for Dragoon revolvers during the civil war. This Military Cap Pouch: Circa 1861-1865 was reissued. Originally devised in the ante-bellum period to carry percussion caps. Thousands of these where issued to western troops as pistol cartridge holders. Constructed of stiff bridle leather, the gusseted pouch body is sewn to the pattern-cut back panel below, its integral cover flap also capturing the inner flap. The outer flap is secured by a brass finial, mounted at the bottom of the pouch. The Ammunition Pouch: Military Cartridge box, Circa 1859-1863 Designed to carry three wrapped packets of percussion revolver cartridges containing six rounds each. This style was adopted just prior to the Civil War and manufactured throughout the conflict. Over 175,000 of these type of cartridge boxes where produced during the war.
